Customer Order Instructions

  1. All orders are subject to receipt of replies from our company
  2. The order must be paid in full. Once accepted, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
  3. If a product is out of stock, the refund can take up to 3-5 business days.
  4. We may change price & discount from time to time. Prices listed on this site is only applicable to online shopping on this site. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at time of the payment confirmed.
  5. All prices shown on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  6. We currently allows the payment made by and "PayPal" only.

 

Delivery Arrangement

  1. Customer can enjoy free delivery service with total value at or over HK$300 in one order. Customer needs to pay for delivery fee HK$150 for order below HK$300
  2. Area of service covers Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only
  3. Delivery service is not available to outlying islands, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, Hong Kong International Airport, Sha Tau Kok, restricted area, Village, Buildings without lift and cannot be reached directly by vehicles.
  4. Our Customer Service will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time prior to delivery within 2 Working Day (Monday to Friday).
  5. Available on Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00 ; Saturday 9:00 to 15:00 (except Sunday)
  6. If you fail to receive your purchased products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent delivery.
  7. There will be no deliveries on when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. Our CS will be contacted to re-schedule delivery day.


RETURN POLICY

  1. Should you find any crack or breakage of the product upon delivery or quality issue, please contact us within 3 days upon delivery date. No exchange services will be served after 3 days.
  2. To protect your interest, if in doubt of the product, please contact us.
  3. In case of disputes, Four Seas Global Food. Co., Ltd. reserves the rights of final decision.
